RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns/exchanges will be through courier services.
If you request a return/exchange through www.sheenpoints.com courier collection for any reason within the specified days as per the timeline mentioned on the product details page, we request you to return the product in original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition) with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.
All the products received will undergo Quality Check after the product has been received at our warehouse/Store. If the product picked up does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
