Payments

How do I make shopping on SheenPoint?

You can make purchases using the following:
You can purchase by COD (Cash-on-Delivery). With COD you can pay us in cash OR by K-net at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment.
Online Credit Card / Debit Card options will be added soon on SheenPoint

Is there any Charge, When I make the Payment?

There is no hidden charges while shopping on SheenPoint.

Is the payment accepted by Cheque / Demand Draft?


We allow only cash in KD at the time of delivery.

Are there any Conditions for COD?

The maximum order value should be 50KD, you will pay the cash to the delivery person before you can open the package. (We accept cash only in Kuwaiti Dinar).

Order Placing

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it leaves from our Warehouse. You inform us the order number for canceling by WhatsApp (+96594457225) OR Email (info@sheenpoints.com).

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time is mentioned in each item Description on Page
Normally, there are 3 delivery time types, as below
Within 48 hours: The products are available in Kuwait.
Within 20 days: The products imported from Pakistan.
Within 40-45 days: The products imported from China.

How will the delivery be done?

All international deliveries will be through reputed couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

How can I check the courier tracking of my order?

All items are delivered through reputed couriers; you will receive a Tracking ID for your order and you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

Can I receive my order in single shipment?

Sorry! It’s not possible to deliver your orders in a single shipment, we have differently located areas and countries.

Return Policy

What is SheenPoint Return Policy?

  • You can return any product with the below strict requirements:
    • customer original invoice
    • All its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, warranty cards, authenticity labels, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
    • should be in unused/original condition
    • You need to make sure that the Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product (You must notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of the product).

I received a defective item, how I can replace? OR received incorrect order. What should I do?

How long will I get the refund in case of return?

15 days from the time that you return the product to us.
